Q: What kind of products do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of spiritual and metaphysical products including ritual tools, candles, oils, divination items, spell kits, spiritual readings and more.

Q: Are your items handmade?
A: Many of our items are handmade, spiritually prepared and/or ritually blessed. 

 

Orders and Shipping:

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for customs fees and duties, which vary by country.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damage or is missing. Include your order number and any photos. We will do our best to assist you.

Returns and Cancellations:

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the sacred and energetic nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed. Please reach out as soon as possible for any corrections, and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

 

Spiritual Services:

Q: How do I book a spiritual reading or service?
A: You can book directly through our website's booking page or through our product's page and selecting "Spiritual Reading". Select your preferred service, select a time and complete payment to confirm booking. 

Q: Are readings done in person or online?
A: Readings are conducted via phone or audio recording ONLY at this time.

Q: What if I miss my appointment?
A: Missed appointments are non-refundable. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. 

 

Product Use and Safety:

Q: How do I use your spiritual products?
A: Many of our products come with usage instructions or ritual guides. If you have questions about how to use a specific item, feel free to reach out.

Q: Are your products safe for children and pets?
A: Some items, especially certain oils, herbs, crystals, may not be safe for children or pets. We have specially formulated products for children which is detailed in the product description. Please use all spiritual tools with care and intention.
